The symptoms of pulmonary hypertension are not specific. They are generally found after other diseases or severe progression of pulmonary hypertension. The general symptoms of pulmonary hypertension include: 1. shortness of breath after activity, accompanied by fatigue, dizziness, chest pain, palpitations, amaurosis and other symptoms. 2. If pulmonary hypertension is combined with right heart insufficiency, it may show lower limb edema, abdominal distension, liver pain and other manifestations. 3. Pulmonary hypertension causes pulmonary artery diameter expansion, which will cause hoarseness after compression of recurrent laryngeal nerve and dry cough after compression of airway. 4. Pulmonary hypertension complicated with rupture will show hemoptysis and other manifestations. 5. Children with pulmonary hypertension may cause developmental retardation.
