What's a wrapper?

A white or greyish white ooze on the inside of the penis and on both sides of the coronal sulcus and preputial frenum. It is a

mixture of sebaceous gland secretions, exfoliated epithelial cells, urine and bacteria. It usually occurs after urination, bathing or sexual intercourse, and may cause odor and discomfort.
