What is in urine?

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
Urine contains water, electrolytes, organic matter, inorganic matter, etc.
1. Water
accounts for about 96%-97%, which is the main component of urine. The remaining 3%-4% is solid.
2. Electrolytes such
as chloride ion, sodium ion, etc., of which chloride ion is a high content of anions, sodium ion is a high content of cations. The body can maintain the balance of water and salt in the internal environment by expelling these electrolytes.
3. Organic
matter accounts for about 35% of solid components, such as urea, uric acid, creatinine, etc., which are metabolic wastes of the human body and are excreted through urine.
4. Inorganic matter
accounts for about 6% of solid components, mainly sodium, potassium, chlorine, sulfate, phosphate and ammonia.
