Prostate cancer 4+3 serious?

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
4+3 prostate cancer may be more severe.
Gleason score is a scoring system used in prostate cancer pathology diagnosis to evaluate the degree of differentiation and nuclear morphology of cancer cells to determine the degree of malignancy of the tumor. The higher the Gleason score, the more malignant the disease is. In Gleason score, 4 and 3 represent cancer cells with different degrees of malignancy, respectively. 4 represents moderate to high grade malignancy, and 3 represents low grade malignancy. Therefore, Gleason score 4+3 means that there are moderate to high grade malignant cells in the tumor, as well as low grade malignant cells. The mixed malignant degree indicates that the tumor has strong growth and spread ability, and the prognosis may be poor.
