Normal semen volume is generally 2~6ml.
Semen volume refers to the male one-time ejaculation volume, mainly composed of urethral bulbar fluid, prostatic fluid and seminal vesicle fluid. Male one-time ejaculation volume can vary according to abstinence time. Usually, the semen volume of normal adult men is about 2~6ml. If there is no sperm in the sediment after three times of semen centrifugation at 3000g for 15 minutes, it is called azoospermia; if the sperm count is less than 15 million/ml during semen testing, it is called oligospermia; If a man ejaculates more than 8mL of semen at a time, it is called polyspermia. Semen volume is related to ejaculation frequency. The more ejaculation times, the less semen volume; the less ejaculation times, the more semen volume. Abnormal semen volume is easy to affect fertilization ability, and may even lead to infertility.
