What is allergic rash?

The so-called allergic rash is actually mainly caused by some skin damage caused by the patient showing allergic factors. These skin damages may show certain papules, papules or erythema. Sometimes they may show wheals. For example, if urticaria induced by allergic factors is shown, they will show large areas of wheals all over the body.
