What about annular erythema urticaria?

The most common clinical manifestations of erythema and wheals are urticaria and urticaria vasculitis. Compared with the two, the former is an allergic disease, the rash subsides quickly, most of them subside within five or six hours, and there is no trace of local regression. Urticaria vasculitis is an immune disease, the rash subsides slowly, and subsides within more than 72 hours. Pigmentation spots can be left behind locally after regression. For urticaria, antihistamines and drugs to improve capillary permeability can be selected for treatment, while for urticaria vasculitis, small doses of glucocorticoids can be selected for treatment.
