Syphilis titer 1:8

Restoring hope, restoring health.
Syphilis titer 1:8 is infectious and requires treatment. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponema pallidum. Syphilisis-specific antigen serological examination is often used to diagnose syphilis. Syphilisis-nonspecific antigen serological examination is used to diagnose whether it is infectious and whether it needs treatment. The result of syphilis non-specific antigen serological examination is expressed by titer. At present, there are 6 diluted concentrations commonly used in clinical practice, of which the titer is 1:8, suggesting that syphilis is infectious. Benzathine penicillin G can be injected intramuscularly under the guidance of a doctor once a week for 3 consecutive weeks. After a course of treatment, regular follow-up should be paid attention to, generally at least 3 years follow-up.
