Does wearing a condom affect menstruation delay?

Empowering lives through health.
Condoms generally do not affect menstrual delay. Condoms are
primarily used for contraception and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, and their materials do not usually interfere with a woman's endocrine system. The endocrine system plays a key role in regulating the menstrual cycle, and condoms do not directly act on endocrine factors.
Delayed menstruation can be caused by a variety of reasons, such as excessive mental stress, overwork, environmental changes, malnutrition, and certain diseases.(e.g. polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, etc.), but these are usually unrelated to condom use.
Proper condom use does not directly affect female reproductive organs and is less likely to cause menstrual cycle disorders.
However, allergies to condom materials may cause local discomfort, but such allergic reactions generally do not directly lead to delayed menstruation. It is
important to note that if menstruation is delayed for a long time or accompanied by other abnormal symptoms, you should seek medical attention and conduct relevant tests to determine the cause, and should not be attributed solely to condom use. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the correct use of condoms to play their due role.
