Surgical treatment can achieve radical cure. Surgery can completely remove the tumor without other adjuvant treatment. It can also be considered that the patient's physical condition is not suitable for chemotherapy, active gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal obstruction, perforation, embolism and other complications, which belong to contraindications of chemotherapy. If the examination shows that platelets and hemoglobin are relatively low and liver and kidney function is relatively poor, chemotherapy is not recommended.
