Serum gastric function test is a method to detect gastric secretion function.

Venous blood should be drawn to detect gastrin, pepsinogen and other indicators in the blood, so as to evaluate the secretion state and damage of gastric mucosa. By detecting the above indicators, it can preliminarily determine whether there are stomach diseases such as gastritis and gastric ulcer, and can also help screen early gastric cancer.
