Rinse the scalded surface with flowing cold water for more than 20 minutes as soon as possible after blisters appear. If there are clothes covered, take off the clothes carefully, and then disinfect the scalded surface with iodophor. Use sterile syringe to suck out the liquid in the blisters and apply the scalding ointment externally. Wrap it with sterile gauze.
