Finger tenosynovitis is mostly caused by accumulated strain. The patient has aseptic inflammation caused by repeated friction and extrusion of finger tendon caused by frequent hand use. At present, finger movement should be reduced. It can be relieved by oral anti-inflammatory analgesic celecoxib or treated by local injection of triamcinolone acetonide closed needle.
