What foods are bad for the stomach that cannot be eaten?

Healing with compassion, caring with dedication.
Patients with a bad stomach generally cannot eat irritating foods, indigestible foods and foods that are easy to produce gas.
1. Irritant foods
such as chili, garlic, and pepper can stimulate gastric acid secretion, causing stomach pain, acid reflux, etc., so patients with a bad stomach generally cannot eat such foods.
2. Indigestible
foods such as rice crust, beef jerky, and dumplings are not easy to digest, which will increase the burden on the stomach and cause symptoms such as stomachache and abdominal distension. Therefore, patients with a bad stomach should not eat such foods.
3. Foods that are easy to produce gas, such as
beans, onions, broccoli, and oatmeal, will produce a lot of gas, leading to abdominal distension, belching, etc., and patients with a bad stomach are not recommended to eat.
