Blood routine examination can only check whether white blood cells are increased and whether there is bacterial infection, but it cannot be clear which part of the infection. Therefore, blood routine examination alone cannot check whether there is pneumonia. If you want to know whether there is pneumonia, you can pass chest CT examination to confirm the diagnosis.
