Fever after polio vaccination is a very common phenomenon. If it is a mild fever, it can be treated without treatment. It usually lasts for about 1-2 days and will be relieved by itself. Physical cooling methods can also be adopted, including antipyretic patches, ice packs, or wiping with warm water.
