Intestinal polyp inflammatory granuloma is usually intestinal polyps caused by macrophage proliferation under the stimulation of inflammatory factors.

Sarcoinflammatory granuloma is usually caused by bacteria, fungi, parasites and other pathogens. After infection, intestinal mucosa can be stimulated by inflammatory factors, macrophage proliferation can occur, thus forming obvious nodular lesions, i.e. sarcoinflammatory granuloma. If not treated in time, long-term chronic inflammatory stimulation leads to intestinal mucosal damage, and eventually can form intestinal polyp-like protrusions, i.e. intestinal polyps.
