The location of gallbladder pain is generally on the right side of the upper abdomen, shoulder back, flank region, etc., details are as follows:
1. The
common pain area of gallbladder pain on the right side of the upper abdomen is located on the right side of the upper abdomen, usually near the lower edge of the sternum, slightly to the right.
2. Radiative pain on the shoulder and back
may be affected by nerve transmission, usually caused by the right diaphragm along the intercostal nerve pathway. Pain can radiate to the right shoulder and right back.
3. Some patients in the flank region
may also feel the radiation pain of gallbladder pain in the flank region, that is, the area next to the sternum, or even the right neck.
