Duodenal bulb is mainly located in the proximal part of the duodenum and pylorus, the length of about 2.5 cm.
Duodenal bulb wall is relatively thin, relatively large diameter, mucosal surface is smooth and flat, so it is easy to appear duodenal ulcer and perforation. General ulcer will occur in the front part of duodenal bulb, the latter half is usually easy to bleed. When the patient's eating habits are relatively poor, and the flora in the intestinal tract is disordered, it will cause duodenitis, accompanied by upper abdominal pain, abdominal distension, acid reflux, belching and other symptoms.
