Anal pain, bleeding stool, what's going on?

Your health, my priority.
Anal pain and stool bleeding may be caused by anal fissure, perianal abscess, rectal cancer and other reasons.
1. Anal fissure
If the patient drinks too little water daily, it will lead to dry and hard stools, excessive pressure on the perianal fissure during defecation, tearing and bleeding of the anal fissure skin, causing anal pain and bleeding.
2. Perianal abscess If the perianal
abscess is accidentally infected by bacteria, the stool will repeatedly rub against the abscess during defecation, causing abscess rupture and bleeding, causing anal pain and stool bleeding.
3.
Malignant tumors appear in the rectal part of rectal cancer patients. The tumor will erode the rectum and its surrounding nerves and vascular tissues, resulting in nerve stimulation, vascular damage and bleeding, causing perianal pain and hematochezia.
