Committed to your recovery.
The pain behind the right head may be caused by migraine, cervical spondylosis, brain lesions and other factors, as follows:
1. Migraine: due to nerve cell excitability disorder, endocrine metabolism disorder and other factors can lead to migraine, manifested as paroxysmal pain on one side of the temporal region, which can radiate to the back of the right head, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other symptoms.
2. Cervical spondylosis: During the illness, due to the rupture of the fibrous ring, the nucleus pulposus protrudes to stimulate or compress the peripheral nerves and blood vessels, which can cause the blood supply to the brain to be affected, resulting in insufficient blood supply and oxygen supply to the brain.
3. Brain lesions: If there are lesions in the cerebellum, brainstem, blood vessels and other parts of the patient, it may stimulate the peripheral nerves, causing occipital neuralgia, manifested as pain behind the right head.
