patient needs to take the left lying position or lithotomy position for inspection of anal margin. The doctor can also evaluate whether the wound is fresh, color depth, etc., and judge whether it is acute anal fissure or chronic anal fissure.

2. The anal digital examination

3. If

no fissure is found by inspection and digital examination, the patient can clearly observe whether there is a fissure on the anal canal through anal endoscopy.
