How is pulmonary hemorrhage-nephritis syndrome caused

Building a healthier future, together.
According to the etiology of pulmonary hemorrhage and nephritis syndrome, it is mainly divided into primary and secondary. The following is some relevant information about pulmonary hemorrhage and nephritis syndrome:
1. Primary pulmonary hemorrhage and nephritis syndrome: The
etiology is not clear, and may be related to autoimmune mechanisms.
Patients will produce anti-glomerular basement membrane antibodies, leading to alveolar and glomerular basement membrane damage, and then cause pulmonary hemorrhage and nephritis.
2. Secondary pulmonary hemorrhage-nephritis syndrome:
often secondary to other autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
These diseases lead to abnormal immune system, production of autoantibodies, attack of own tissues, causing PHN syndrome.
In addition, certain infections, drug allergies, malignant tumors, etc. may also cause secondary PHN syndrome. It
should be noted that PHN syndrome is a serious disease, if not treated in time, the prognosis is poor. Suspected or diagnosed patients should seek medical attention as soon as possible and receive standardized treatment. Meanwhile, people with autoimmune diseases or related risk factors should be examined regularly for early detection and early treatment.
