Rheumatic fever can cause arthritis, carditis, subcutaneous nodules, etc., the specific manifestations are as follows:

1. Arthritis

2. Carditis

includes endocarditis, myocarditis, pericarditis, etc., mostly manifested as palpitations after exercise, discomfort in the precordial area and shortness of breath.

3. Subcutaneous nodules

Some patients with joint extension side subcutaneous tissue can appear painless small nodules, and the texture is usually slightly hard, nodules usually no skin adhesion, skin surface does not appear inflamed and other inflammatory changes.
