What is the cause of kidney deficiency?

Female kidney deficiency is considered to be caused by congenital deficiency, mental factors, excessive sexual intercourse, etc., as follows:

1. Congenital deficiency

If the female parents are poor in physical quality, or the mother has severe malnutrition during pregnancy, it may lead to female congenital kidney essence deficiency, resulting in kidney deficiency.

2. Mental factors

If the female has long-term mental stress, it may affect the circulation of qi and blood of the internal organs, resulting in qi and blood damage, so that the kidneys do not get sufficient maintenance of qi and blood, causing kidney deficiency.

3. Excessive sexual intercourse
