How do you know your stomach is cold?

Generally, it can be judged whether there is deficiency cold of spleen and stomach by symptoms, tongue images or pulse.

Symptoms such as abdominal pain, warm pressing, clear mouth, loose stools, warm limbs, edema all over the body, poor urination and fatigue are usually related to deficiency cold of spleen and stomach.

Tongue images of patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach are mostly light in color, white in tongue coating, and almost no blood color in severe cases.

Pulseimages such as the above manifestations can be found in the hospital for further face-to-face diagnosis. After pulse examination by TCM doctors, if the pulse is weak and slow, combined with the above manifestations, it can usually be diagnosed clearly.
