How does Chinese medicine think scapulohumeral periarthritis is caused

Scapulohumeral periarthritis is equivalent to leakage of shoulder wind in traditional Chinese medicine. It is generally believed to be caused by cold invasion, qi and blood weakness, qi and blood stasis, etc.

1. Cold invasion

due to improper shoulder warmth, leading to cold invasion of the shoulder, affecting local blood circulation, causing shoulder pain, resulting in disease.

2. Qi and blood weakness

due to insufficient blood gas in the body, unable to supply the bones of the shoulder, leading to bone dystrophy, causing discomfort, and limited movement, causing leakage of shoulder wind.
