How to judge damp heat or cold humidity

In clinical, it can be judged whether damp-heat or damp-cold by tongue image, sputum, stool and other aspects, as follows:

1.

Tongue image of people with damp-heat constitution is red, tongue texture is tender, yellow and thick; while tongue color of people with damp-cold constitution is white, fat and thin.

2. Sputum of

people with damp-heat constitution is mostly yellow and viscous sputum; while sputum of people with damp-cold constitution is mostly white and thin.

3. Stool of people with

damp-heat constitution is sticky and smelly; while stool of people with damp-cold constitution is thin and smells little.

After clarifying damp-heat or damp-cold constitution, systematic examination and treatment should be taken according to physical conditions.
