Yang deficiency and yin deficiency usually include different definitions, different causes and different symptoms.
1. Different definitions of yang deficiency
refers to deficiency of yang qi or abnormal function. Yin deficiency refers to loss of yin essence or decreased function.
2. Different causes Yang deficiency
is often caused by long-term fatigue, irregular life, excessive exercise and other reasons. Yin deficiency is often related to factors such as excessive mental tension, emotional depression, staying up late, excessive sexual life.

symptoms Yang deficiency is mainly manifested as physical weakness, fear of cold, cold hands and feet, soreness of waist and knees, pale complexion, etc. Yin deficiency is mainly characterized by dry mouth and throat, irritability, sore tongue, hot hands and feet, excessive sweating and other symptoms.
