How to determine uterine compression bladder

Dedicated to your well-being.
Uterine compression of the bladder can be judged by symptoms, physical examination, imaging examination, clinical history and other aspects.
1. Symptoms
When the uterus compresses the bladder, the patient often has frequent urination, urgency of urination, especially the frequency of nocturnal urination is obviously increased, and may also be accompanied by incomplete urination. If the uterine compression is severe, it may lead to difficulty in urination.
2. Physical examination
Through gynecological examination, it can understand the position and size of the uterus, and determine whether there are factors such as obvious enlargement of the uterus and downward movement of the position that may lead to compression of the bladder. At the same time, urinary system examination can be performed to see whether there are abnormal conditions such as residual urine in the bladder.
3. Imaging examination
Ultrasound examination can clearly show the relationship between the uterus and the bladder, and clarify the specific conditions of the uterus and the impact on the bladder. MRI and other examinations can also help to evaluate the uterus and surrounding tissue structure more comprehensively.
4. Clinical history
Understand the patient's reproductive history, previous history of gynecological diseases, such as multiple births, uterine prolapse, etc., which may increase the risk of uterine compression of the bladder.
