How do you see the cervical liquid-based cytology test report?

Empathy in care, excellence in medicine.
1. Sample satisfaction
Sample satisfaction includes cell volume, cervical cells, metaplastic cells, etc. Adequate cell volume is the basis of accurate diagnosis. If insufficient cell volume is shown, re-sampling may be required. The presence or absence of cervical cells and metaplastic cells is also significant.
2. Pathogens
Check for trichomonas, mold, bacteria, HPV infection, etc. This helps to understand whether there are related infectious factors.
3. Cytological diagnosis
Cytological diagnosis is the most critical part. Usually there are no intraepithelial lesions or malignant lesions.(NILM), etc. If atypical squamous cells (ASCUS, ASCH, etc.), low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL), high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), etc. are present, it indicates that there may be different degrees of cervical lesions and further examination and evaluation are needed, such as colposcopy and biopsy.
