However, B-mode ultrasound may not be completely accurate in diagnosing all cervical insufficiency. Some cervical insufficiency may not be obvious at early ultrasound examination, or may be affected by factors such as examination technique and pregnant woman's position. In

addition, B-mode ultrasound results alone cannot be diagnosed. It is also necessary to combine the medical history of patients, such as whether there is a history of late abortion, premature birth, and clinical symptoms to make a comprehensive judgment. In some cases, other tests or evaluation methods may be needed to further confirm the diagnosis.
