Ovarian cyst and ovarian cancer are different in nature, symptoms, examination results are different.

ovarian cyst is mostly benign lesions, is the formation of cystic masses in the ovary, usually liquid or other substances. Ovarian cancer is malignant tumor, invasive and metastatic.

by ultrasound, CT and other examinations, ovarian cyst more manifested as clear boundaries, smooth cystic mass. Ovarian cancer may show irregular boundaries, solid components, rich blood flow, tumor markers such as CA125 may also be elevated.
