Pregnancy medication abortion a few days can drop

Healing with compassion, caring with dedication.
Mifepristone
and misoprostol are commonly used in abortion. Mifepristone binds to the progesterone receptor and inactivates the progesterone, causing degeneration and necrosis of the decidua; misoprostol promotes uterine contraction and expulsion of the gestational sac. Mifepristone is usually taken for 2 to 3 days, during which there may be only a small amount of vaginal bleeding or no obvious symptoms. After taking misoprostol, symptoms such as uterine contractions and abdominal pain will occur, and the gestational sac will be discharged.
If the gestational sac has not been discharged for more than 6 hours, or if there is excessive bleeding, severe abdominal pain and other abnormal conditions, you should seek medical attention promptly. Further treatment measures may be needed, such as curettage surgery.
