Stage II recurrence rate of endometrial cancer

Healing hearts, one patient at a time.
Endometrial cancer has a relatively high recurrence rate.
Surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the main treatment for endometrial cancer. If the surgery is not complete, or the dosage and course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy are not standardized, it may increase the risk of recurrence and thus affect the recurrence rate. In addition, the pathological type and differentiation degree of the tumor are also important factors. For example, special types of endometrial cancer may be more aggressive than common types, and the recurrence rate may also be higher; poorly differentiated tumors are more likely to relapse than highly differentiated tumors.
In order to reduce the recurrence rate, patients should strictly follow the doctor's advice for treatment and follow-up, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a good attitude.
