The main causes of obstructive jaundice are bile duct stones or gallstones, which block bile ducts and prevent bile from draining into the duodenum. Chronic pancreatitis is caused by pseudotumor of the head of the pancreas, which compresses bile ducts from outside to inside. Hemobilia is caused by blood clots blocking bile ducts and causing jaundice. It also includes pancreatic head cancer, bile duct stenosis, malignant tumor of gallbladder, bile duct tumor, duodenal papilla cancer, liver cancer, etc. Obstructive jaundice patients skin was mainly dark yellow or brownish green, the main clinical manifestations are osteoporosis, steatosis and so on.
