Whether gastritis can be self-healing should be judged according to the situation.

If it is acute gastritis, most gastric mucosal bleeding and erosion may heal by themselves after reasonable diet and rest, but if the disease is serious or chronic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori infection or autoimmune abnormalities, it generally cannot heal itself.
