What causes stomach distension, acid reflux and heartburn?

Your health, my dedication.
Stomach distension and heartburn may be caused by chronic gastritis, reflux esophagitis, gastric ulcer and other reasons.
1. Chronic gastritis: If the patient suffers from chronic inflammation, inflammation will stimulate the gastric mucosa to secrete a lot of acid. Excessive acid will erode the stomach, resulting in slow gastric motility. Food stays in the stomach for too long, fermentation produces a lot of gas, and causes reflux of acid, resulting in stomach distension and heartburn.
2. Reflux esophagitis: Reflux esophagitis will cause gastric acid to enter the stomach wall through the pylorus of the stomach, stimulating the esophagus, causing symptoms of stomach distension and heartburn.
3. Gastric ulcer: Ulcer occurs in the patient's stomach, which will lead to reduced digestion capacity, resulting in food staying in the stomach for too long, fermentation produces a lot of gas, food secretion process gastric mucosa will secrete a lot of acid, may stimulate the ulcer, causing stomach distension and heartburn.
