How does the right upper part of stomach have tingling feeling to return a responsibility

The tingling sensation just above the stomach may be caused by reflux esophagitis, cardia inflammation, esophageal and cardiac mucosal laceration, etc.

1. Reflux esophagitis

Reflux esophagitis is mainly caused by factors such as decreased anti-reflux function, decreased esophageal clearance ability, weakened esophageal mucosal defense barrier, esophageal paresthesia, etc. Patients may feel pain due to stimulation of esophageal mucosa during the onset.

2. Cardiac

inflammation may be caused by Helicobacter pylori infection and long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients may also feel pain above the stomach.

3. Esophageal and cardiac mucosal

laceration is mostly caused by severe vomiting after drunkenness or acute gastroenteritis. Patients may feel pain due to mucosal laceration.
