How does astigmatism eye return to normal

Astigmatism can generally be corrected by wearing frame astigmatism lenses, wearing contact lenses, corneal refractive surgery, etc., but it cannot be completely restored to normal.

1. When wearing frame astigmatism

lenses causes blurred vision, decreased vision and eye fatigue, optical correction treatment should be done as soon as possible. For example, frame astigmatism lenses are preferred, and appropriate lenses can be selected according to the refraction degree.

2. Wearing contact lenses

For patients who cannot adapt to frame astigmatism lenses and high astigmatism, contact lenses can be selected to correct astigmatism.

3. Corneal refractive surgery

Generally, low astigmatism can be corrected by corneal ablation surgery; moderate and high astigmatism often adopts limbal lysis incision, femtosecond laser small incision stromal lens removal and other surgical methods.
