Myopic eyes with astigmatism of 600 degrees can generally be operated on.

Common myopic surgery includes corneal refraction and intraocular lens implantation. If myopia is 600 degrees and accompanied by astigmatism, there are no surgical contraindications, such as diabetes, hypertension and dry eyes. However, if there are surgical contraindications, such as dry eyes or serious infections in the eyes, it is not allowed to do surgery.

It is recommended that myopic and astigmatic people first see a doctor for systematic examination, and then undergo surgery after the examination meets the standards.
