Fat particles in medicine generally refers to milia, mainly with genetic factors and various causes of skin damage and other reasons.
Milia can be divided into primary and secondary milia, of which primary milia is mainly related to genetic factors, due to the development of sebaceous glands or the formation of the epithelium at the lower end of the hair funnel. Secondary milia is often seen after inflammation, may be related to sweat duct damage; followed by abrasions, severe burns and other trauma; it can also be secondary to radiation therapy, chemical exfoliation and topical steroid treatment of the skin.
