A New Method for Treating Myopia

There is no new way to treat myopia. A wide range of methods include glasses correction, drug therapy and surgical treatment.

1. Optics correction

includes glasses, contact lenses and orthokeratology, which can be used to temporarily correct vision and delay the deepening of myopia.

2. Drug therapy

commonly used drugs include low-concentration atropine eye drops and lutein tablets.

3. Surgical treatment

includes corneal refractive surgery, also known as myopia laser surgery and intraocular lens implantation. Vision is expected to recover after surgery, but if you don't pay attention to your eyes at ordinary times, myopia may recur.
