What causes retinal vein occlusion?

Retinal vein occlusion is mostly caused by aging, trauma, other diseases and other reasons.

1. Age increases

with age, arteriosclerosis occurs in the eye vessels, which can cause retinal vein occlusion.

2. Trauma

If the eye is subjected to external force, causing damage to the eye vessels and bleeding, it can increase the probability of retinal vein occlusion.
