Myopia can generally be subject to vision examination, mydriatic optometry, and fundus examination.
1. Vision examination
patients can undergo standardized vision examination to initially identify myopia. If a 6-year-old doctor's school-age child has a naked vision of less than 0.5, refractive abnormality is suspected.
2. Patients with mydriatic optometry
can use cycloplegia optometry to understand the resting refractive state of the eye and determine whether there is hyperopia, strabismus, amblyopia or astigmatism.
3. Patients with fundus examination
can use color fundus photography, direct ophthalmoscopy or indirect ophthalmoscopy to observe and analyze fundus lesions.
