Farts. Hot. What's going on?

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
Fart hot may be caused by physiological phenomena, dietary factors, intestinal inflammation and other reasons.
1, physiological phenomena
The temperature inside the human body is usually higher than the external environment, about 37 degrees Celsius. When the gas in the intestine is discharged through the anus, it will exchange heat with the surrounding cooler environment, and it will feel hot.
2, dietary factors
Eating too much high-starch food, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc., will produce more gas in the digestive process, the temperature of the gas is usually higher, so the fart emitted may feel hotter.
3, intestinal inflammation
If the fart emitted is particularly hot, even with a burning feeling, may be caused by intestinal inflammation. At this time, the number of harmful bacteria in the intestine increases, excessive decomposition of food gas, will cause the above phenomenon.
