White goo at the front of stool. What's going on?

Your well-being is my goal.
White goo in front of stool may be related to dietary factors, colitis, parasite infection, etc.
1. Dietary factors
If you eat more high-fat foods, such as animal viscera, fried foods, etc., because fat is not fully digested in the gastrointestinal tract, mixing with food residues leads to chylomicron, which may be manifested as white, greasy, sticky substances in the front of stool.
2. Colitis
When suffering from colitis, intestinal mucosa congestion and edema due to inflammation stimulation promote increased secretion of intestinal fluid. After intestinal fluid, inflammatory factors and food residues are mixed, the above symptoms may also occur.
3. Parasitic infection
When parasites such as worms and whipworms are infected, worms may be mixed in stool, resulting in white goo in the front of stool.
