What causes belching when rubbing your stomach

Your health, my priority.
Belch may be caused by physiological factors, but also may be caused by pathological factors such as functional dyspepsia, chronic gastritis.
1. Physiological factors
When rubbing the belly, the intestinal tract is stimulated by external factors, the frequency of peristalsis is accelerated, and the gas in the intestinal tract may flow to the esophagus, chest and other parts, resulting in hiccups. This is a normal physiological phenomenon.
2. Functional
dyspepsia Patients with gastrointestinal motility are insufficient, food cannot be digested in time in the stomach, and excessive fermentation and gas are produced. Belch symptoms can also be caused when rubbing the belly.
3. Chronic gastritis
Chronic gastritis can lead to gastrointestinal dysfunction, delayed gastric emptying, and also affect food digestion, thus causing hiccups.
