Gastric acid reflux may be caused by poor eating habits, peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux.
1. Poor eating habits
Excessive consumption of spicy, greasy foods, or drinking strong tea, coffee and other irritating drinks may lead to increased burden on the gastrointestinal tract, causing gastric acid reflux symptoms.
2. Peptic
ulcer refers to chronic ulcers occurring in the stomach and duodenum, local mucosal damage, can stimulate excessive secretion of acid, resulting in upper abdominal pain, acid reflux, belching and other symptoms.
3. Gastroesophageal
