Intestinal parasitosis can be diagnosed by clinical manifestations, blood routine examination, etiological examination, etc.
1. Clinical manifestations
If the patient has abdominal pain, diarrhea, hematochezia, vomiting, anemia and other symptoms, it can be highly suspected of intestinal parasitosis.
2. Blood routine examination If the
patient with the above symptoms has normal or decreased white blood cells, increased eosinophil count, increased lymphocyte ratio or monocyte ratio, it indicates intestinal parasitosis.
3. Etiological examination
Take the patient's feces for etiological examination. If eggs, trophozoites, cysts, etc. are found in the feces, it can be diagnosed as intestinal parasitosis.
